Default vacation pay for 56 hour workweek

I work at a job where we are scheduled 56 hours a week. We get paid 1 1/2 times our normal hourly wage for any hours over 40 except when we use vacation time. When we use our vacation we have to take a pay cut. Is that legal in KY.
