Default regarding breaking the bond

I am citizen of India ,I worked earlier with a company for 5 months and the bond period is 8 months.I quit the job before 8 months. They sent 2 warning letters and now they sent the legal notice from the lawyer .They asked to pay the bond amount and the interest.

Whether I need to respond to this notice or leave it?

How should I proceed? Is there any chance ti issue any arrest warrant?

Default Re: regarding breaking the bond

Not an arrest but they could try to sue you for the damages and the amounts due.
