Suspended from work 5 months (Ontario, Canada)

hi

i have been working at my job for the last 6 years, im not full time i dont get any benifits, but i make more than some people that have fulltime hours, i get 16.75 a hour extra 2$ after midnight till 6am

in march 2012 i was arrested for trafficking stolen property, a complaint was made to the police from someone at my work, i was suspended from work with out pay and havent been able to work yet, been almost 6 months since that

just the other day it was thrown out of court because there was no evidence or witnesses and i will not be charged with anything

i do not wish to return to my job as they have made me not want to return accusing me of stealing, having me arrested, having no money, having to stress over a situation, i now owe money to debt collecters for bills, people wont trust me, i will always be a suspect anytime anything goes missing, i wont be able to move up at my job,

should i be able to get my pay that i have missed since this or is there a way for me to collect money that i feel they owe me

i feel that im owed something, they never came to me and asked me, just arrested me at a public place,
and threw me in a holding cell until a lawyer contacted me back. ive had my cell phone cut off, and contract canceled by telus, now i have debt collecters calling me beacause of it, i ve had to sell items online, just to have some money to pay lawyers. my understanding it was because someone over heard a converstion, than that person contacted my bosses, boss, boss, boss, and he contacted the police. all because they thought i stole a hockey jersey, and sold it online. i havent had any income in the last 5 months, i owe my parents rent, my car has been taken off the road
