Is it legal to lower hourly rate?
I was making $15/hour for a couple of months, and now my employer lowered my hourly rate back to $10/hr, which I started at 3 years ago. I wondered if they could decrease my hourly rate for hours already worked without notice? This has caused hardship for me financially.

No your rate of pay cannot retroactively be reduced. Which state is this? How much money do they owe you?
