hourly pay new jersey

hourly pay new jersey
hi all here is my question i work in nj for a small company i get paid by the hour but mu boss seems to round it off in his favor everyday if i work too 315 he pays me to 3 if i work to 325 he pays me to 315 or 300 however he is feeling that day i discussed it with him but get know where this is adding up too a hour or more a week in ot it has gotten where i photo copy my time card every week is this legal any help thank you tony

That is not legal and if you report it tot he dept of labor they would investigate. But tell your boss firstly that you want that changed and time recorded accurately.
