Salary & Sales, Harrasment

I am 24 years old and I currently have been working for an employer for two years.
I have had two promotions since being here, bringing me from accounts pay/reciev.. to sales.
When offered the job (after trying to quit, in hopes of post secondary), was told to stay for a sales position here, with salary, and company vehicle. Was told salary was to start and see how things went, have done fairly well (selling roughly around 100-200K in the last 10 months.
There was never any paperwork on the new position, as I wouldn't even know there should be?
However, do not recieve commision, is there any way I can go abouts getting commission from the employer?

Did they ever agree or even imply you would receive a commission on top of salary?
