harasament or discrimination
i am a manager at a company have been employed for 23 years. I was written up for a mistake the machine operator made. can i be wrote up for a mistake i had nothing to do with? I am a 63 year old female with a heart condition and have never been wrote up for anything in the 23 years i have worked for this company. I feel as if i am being picked on.

Was the machine operator under your supervision? Was there an incident invovling an injury or accident?
