Hi
I have a question it between business law and employment law. For the past 18 months I engaged with a new company coming into the market. This company was recently incorporated in West Memphis. We have a basic employment (2) page employment agreement. Only the last page was signed. In addition, we have been engage in business conference calls, in which, we are respresent the company as employees. Also, we have been engaged and demanded to participate in weekly work conference, and complete job assignments. A management structure is in place, and a HR department etc.. The problem is we have not had any compensation. the team is at least 15 people. We have been promised we are going to start and everyone is being placed on hold. What legal rights do we have? And is the two page contact a validated agreement even though only the last page was signed and submitted. Thanks |
