Sales Comission Fraud

I have worked in outside sales in the Midwest for a company based out of CA. While recently at the home office I had someone print off a 12 month sales report right in front of me. I had a feeling I was getting cheated and wanted a report that I saw come right out of the system untouched. Once I returned home I found I had a great deal of discrepancies between my commission report and their sales report. In 2008 they "underpaid" me about $30,000. I verified this by having a customer service rep tell me the amount sold by a few customers and by calling my customer directly to see what they bought in a given month. In each case the numbers from the customer and from the inside matched their report and the only number that was wrong was my commission report. Our business relays heavily on reorders coming to the office everyday and we as outside sales people really have no idea what is sold and have to just trust we are paid correctly. What is the law here and how do I move forward. I have worked here 6 years and think this a has been going on for some time.
