Confused Salary/hourly pAY Medical profession

I was hired in as a professional salary employee full time 32 hrs per week. Benifits include 3 weeks paid vacation. 1 hour unpaid for lunch. I found out that the 3 wks is equal to only 12 days not 15, so I If want next week off. I have to work one of the 5 work days or take 5 of 12 days If I take 5 days in a row, the next week I have to pick up one extra day?? make sence?
I have been working thru my lunch hr and many long nights 10 ,12 hr or more. Salary at hr rate, 32 hrs week.A few weeks ago I over slept and late i got docked for 2 hrs of pay, I have to drive 73 miles to work. 1hr and 20 mins.. so when I was late I was really late, over 1 hr.
After using my 12 days of vacation, and needed to take a day off I now was treated as if i was a hr worker and did not recieve any pay... for that day my contract states am a salary employee, my pay check is always the same every 2weeks. .........When the BOSS ,also owner of the business, which is very small only her and 3 others in the office. When she was on vacation the office closed, and with no vacation left, I was with out income for the week.. She said "I am not paying you if you are not here!" So this year I am at the mercy of her to decide when I take my 3 wk,{12 days} vacation.. It would be impossible to work without all of us present, and currently we have no one for back up. I recive no bonus or xmas gift. She schedules meeting and interviews during lunch, So I can see more pt during the day. I have education money, She paid for my PDA but would not reimburse me for my Lap top because we have computers in the office.. We do not have computer charting so I have to do everything handwritten, and she does not allow me any time to do paper work, so I stay over almost every day.. oh I also am on-call 24/7. I recieve #50.mo for my cell phone I am currently looking for a new position.
I would like to know if I should hire a lawyer? I seems I am only salaried when it is to her advantage. I don't get it!!
