Default workers comp and child support

My ex is collecting W/C for a back injury. He has not paid his child support for the last three months. The state I live in has called the Texas W/C offices, sent over withholding info, left messages. to no avail. They have not deducted anything from his checks he receives or even called my state back with a reason. Is this legal?? My children still need to eat, and I have no idea how long he will be out of work, and what is worse the state of Texas doesnt seem to care.

Default Re: workers comp and child support

You have to be persistent with them. Call repeatedly if need be.

It is very bureaucratic there.

If need be have world law staff resolve for you. Email them on the home page.
