The company I work for is apparently not doing so well with bringing more customers in, therefore is losing money.
Four weeks ago I deposited my paycheck and saw that 3 days later, it was withdrawn from my account because of the lack of funds in my employers account. I was ( days later) reimbursed for the fees that my bank hit me with, as well as my paycheck. Last Friday's payday came and I received my check and tried to cash it and again I couldn't because of lack of funds. I've contacted my employer and a week later, I still haven't received a new check. What sort of legal rights do I have with this? Should I take them to court? I'm obviously searching for a new job in the meantime.... |
