Overtime Exempt?????
i work for DHL a delivery service in Illinois and i was wondering if they are exempt from paying overtime under the truck drivers exemption

Check with your nearest dept of labor office.
At FedEx they used to pay overtime. There are lawsuits about independent contractor status currently. |
