Are bonus wages considered part of regular wages and if so am I legally entitled to these bonus wages after I have been fired?

It would really probably depend on what type of bonus it was i.e. Discretionary or non-discretionary. If the bonus was based on achieving certain objectives or production numbers, it would fall in the policy of the bonus. A lot of the time, an employer will have a clause similar to "Associates must be employed with the company at the time the bonus is being paid out."
