EEK! cobra = s*cks.......

I am
waiting on Workers Comp to ok my accident...which has been 2 months now...meanwhile, my company just put me on COBRA (500.00) and they have NOT allowed me to come back because my neurologist said only 1/2 time...they said full time or nothing....(it is obvious they want me out)

They gave me no warning of Cobra and I went into pick up my ADVAIR astham med and it was 260.00 a month......I feel so violated...can they do this? Just suddenly take you off your insurance even tho they have not fired your? and what if i can't pay it since i have 0.00 earning coming in?
thansk

Something got off track here.

You should see a workers comp lawyer asap.

They will charge you only when they collect further.
