I sold a mobile home located on my parents property about 14 months ago. We gave the title to them when we sold it. They were supposed to have it moved. Instead they tried to illegally move it and were fined by a highway patrolman. They put it back on my parent's property where it had been. They were supposed to have it moved shortly there after. We have already given them 3 verbal requests to have it moved so we can move a new mobile home there. They have yet to move it. The requests have been over the last 6 months. I was just wondering what to do to get them to move it. If I send a certified letter what do I need to put in it and what law do I need to refer to in the state of SC. Thank you so much, carolinacutie182001

You can threaten to dispose of it. Or move it and sue them for the costs in small claims or other court. If they see any kind of court action we would think they will act. If not, let us know.
