Servitude
I own an old Property with servitude rights for an existing window
overlooking a neighbour\'s property. This is included in the contract of sale. Our neighbours have without our concent placed bars infront of our window and in concequence we cannot open the window as it was before. They are insisting of keeping the bars there because they are claiming it is their right for security reasons. Is this correct? Your advice will be greatly appreciated. Thanks and regards, Sharon Inglott. |

Re: Servitude & Easements
Easement is another word for servitude. Any comments?
