Default Re: Land Title

Hi,

Can anyone tell me what I would need to do to add my name onto an already existing and registered Land Title for land owned by my son? What cost would be incurred? This is for land owned in Queensland Australia. Thanks!

You can simply have him issue a deed adding you--but you need to specify what your interest is and it can vary.

You should have counsel assist. The cost is nominal.
