Confused Am i stuck?

I recently got divorced, and both of our names were on the loan for the house. In the divorce papers i signed it over to her, the judge said she had 30 days to have a deed made for me to sign putting it in her name. She hasn't done so cause the bank told her she doesn't have enough credit to do so. What options do i have to get the house out of my name?

Default Re: Am i stuck?

You can take her back to court and she may be forced to sell the house then.

She has to obey the court order one way or another
