Confused My house in ex-husbands name

Interesting situation... My husband and I just got divorced and I got the house. I've been making the payments through the money I have in a trust left by my father that I get for living expenses as long as I'm in school full time. That is my only income (besides child and a small amount of spousal support). I know that I won't qualify for a loan on my house so my question is, is there any other way I can go about getting everything in my name or am I going to have to try to take out a loan??

I'm in Nevada
