Question Want to Evict someone

My brother is being taken advantage of. His so called "girlfriend" moved into his house changed her address and brought her boyfriend with her. My brother then went to the VA hospital and realized this woman is taking advanteage of him. I want her OUT of the the house, seeing she pays nothing and he pays everything. Is it still and evcation or is it called something else, and do i need to file though the courts to do this? I have power of attorny so i know have legel rights to speak for him.

Default Re: Want to Evict someone

Once she is living there, you do need to evict her if she will not leave, just as you would any tenant.
