Question Quit Claim Deed and a Mortgage

My husband and I have willingly quit claim deeded our house to my father, who has been helping us out finacially. We still have the mortgage in our names only. We all want to put the house up for sale. Who has legal rights of ownership and the finacial gain? We live in Florida

Default Re: Quit Claim Deed and a Mortgage

The one who owns it has the presumption of the gain etc.

But you can try to show that you actually paid etc.

What do you want to have happen?
