Unfortunately, my grandpa is dying of cancer. His name and my dad's name are both listed on the deed. There is a trust which, supposedly, leaves everything to my aunt. Also, my grandpa is married, but did not list his wife's name on the deed. Who will the house belong to when my grandpa passes?

Somebody needs to look at all of the documents to tell you what is happening.
His will or trust may transfer his interest but he may not have all interest in that property you mention. He may have only half--or some other interest. Have an estate lawyer review this if critical. |
