My husband owns an investment property that had a fire in March of 2007. All repairs have been completed, and he is wishing to rent the house, or sell the house. The town refuses to issue a C/O. The house has failed twice since December for a railing on a deck by 1/8 ". Seems they just don't want to pass. Problem is, my husband can't afford to keep shelling out the mortgage every month. Please advise we are desperate not to go into foreclosure. The property is located in Mastic Beach NY.

You could override them and get a court order if they are really citing unreasonable reasons.
World Law's lawyers could also probably intervene and help resolve this if need be. You may email them on the home page. |
