I have land in Hawaii that I had planned to one day retire to. For some reason I no longer remember, I also had my father put on the deed. He has since racked up thousands of dollars of bills he has no intention of paying. Do I have anything to worry about as far as his creditors trying to take my land because it is also In his name? Thank you.

Yes you do, they can put a lien on the land.
You may want to get him off the deed. |
