Question Beneficiary to the house?

Hello all, I am hoping to get some advice here. My mother passed away, and I am her beneficiary to the house. It's not paid off yet, my dad and myself are still making payments. How can I get the house into my name without getting evicted or having the mortgage company take it away? This home is all we have left of her and I really don't want to lose it. Please help!

Default Re: Beneficiary to the house?

Your local probate court will normally have forms and instructions that will help you get that resolved.
