sibling changes locks to house I am selling and refusesto give keys yto my realto

My older sibling changed the locks to my house [which is listed and being shown almost daily] because some realtors leave the lights on and do not close the door..Instead of adjusting the strike plate so that lock ,locks easier ,he changes the locks and refuses to give the keyto my realtor,he will only give them to me. My realtor offered to show the house personaly each time someone wanted to see it so that the property was properly closed . I am 400 miles away and do not go there often. He also removed items from my house.
No one asked him to do this and who knows what all he took .to make it worse I am missing many showings of my property and in this market it is absurd . What are my recourses against him. I am thinking of sending my wife down there and when she can't get in call the police . I also plan on filing theft charges on the missing items.. Excessive yes. But the way I look at it he is violating my personal liberty and stealing from me[since there are new locks on the house he should have returned my possesions ]
