Default Compensation for loss of entry to my property

I am the one that a tractor trailer hit the bridge over the creek to my property and completely destroyed the bridge, thus blocking me from getting out and into my property.
The law states that I can receive compensation for the loss of entry to my property.

Is there a set rule of how much compensation, dollars per day, set amount, etc. or is this negotiated between insurance company and property owner.
I am trying to find out what is fair or what is usually awarded.

I wish to inform you that you may file a third party insurance claim. You may carry out a study of the damage caused to you by the damage to the bridge by the tractor trailer. Once the insurance company makes an offer to settle, you may study the offer for its viability. If you accept the offer and sign a release, generally, you will receive no other compensation.

What state did this occur in? The laws of every state vary as well as decisional law and jury awards.
