mobile home on private property in OH

I am paying on an older mobile home but now have lost my job. I am 2 months behind in payments and the company wants to reposess it. How bad is it for me to just walk away? The company refuses to work with me and I still owe half my loan. Also they are charging 15%interest. The trailer is only in my name, if I do chose to walk away how do I protect my husbands assets?

I wish to inform you that your creditor can obtain a judgment against you and can recover amount from sale of your assets other then exempted assets. In this regard your husband matrimonial assets will may be taken into consideration therefore you may show that the debt for mobile home was not a matrimonial home and can also take steps to separate your assets and your husbands assets.

We had planned to file for a legal seperation anyway. Is there any other choice I have in this and how bad will this wreck my credit
