Default Flood Hazard Insurance

My Mortgage has paperwork that says I am not required to have flood hazard insurance, when I refinanced I made sure that paper work was in the contract,

The original loan company sold the mortgage and the new one keeps putting Flood Insurance on my Loan and charging me for it, they have done 3 times, I have sent my elevation certificate that I was required to have before building my house that states I have no Construction in Flood Plane, all 3 times the first 2 times they removed the insurance, this time they refuse to remove it,

How can they change the Mortgage I signed???

Default Re: Flood Hazard Insurance

They normally cannot and you may dispute it.

Go to your state attorney general if need be.
