land locked
land was solded next to mind know the new owner to said land is trying to land lock me and others. land has been in my family for over 100 year and that road has allways been open. What can we do to stop him from doing this.

Most courts will order that you retain some right to access--so if need be you can threaten to go to court.
World Law's lawyers could also probably intervene and help resolve this if need be. You may email them on the home page. |
