EEK! removal of private property signs

What can I do if the neighbor keeps removing my private property signs. He knows we plan to sell, so he starting removing the signs and mowing our property- since we're now out of state and not there to keep an eye on him. He actually vandalised the signs and threw them in a field thinking I wouldn't find them.

File a police report if you know it is him. They will question him and charge him if need be.
