Two weeks ago I recorded a new subdivision. My partner and I took 20 ac and divided into 2 parcels of land. They is a well on the property I now own, we had recorded a shared well agreement. I am selling my parcel and the buyer does not want a shared well. What do I do to negate the shared well
recording. My partner is fine with the situation. We just are at a loss as to how to handle "unrecording" of the shared water well agreement. Thanks Aaron |

You can issue and record new deeds for the land if all with the interests agree. A title company can help you do so.
