Default Question about change of ownership

My mom owns her own house and no longer has a mortgage on it. The title of ownership on the deed states my father (whom is deceased since 1994) and my mother as the owners. My mom wishes to take my fathers name off of the deed and is not sure how to go about this.
Any advice is much appreciated

Default Re: Question about change of ownership

You may want to contact the probate court and they should have instructions; she can have the court clear that for her.
