New lien on my house by a plumbing company
I live in the Cook county of Illinois. A lien was put on my house by on 7/15/10 by a plumbing company. They were not able to collect from our original builder which is why they did this. This house was a new construction and completed in April of 2008 which is when I purchased it. Unless the builder miraculously pays it, will I end up being responsible for it?
