i put bf on mortgage about to breakup

i've owned my house for about 9 yrs. i bought it w/ my ex hubby. i got the house. i met my bf 2yrs ago & last dec i put him on my mortgage. i owed 139,000 & refinanced for 100% at 169,000. my payments went up $250/mo. i paid my bf's $17,000 in credit card debts. he pays half mortgage now but i want out of relationship cuz he is abusive, but i would have to buy house from him & i'd b stuck with whole amount & he will get off debt free. now hes saying that he wont even leave if we break up & that he will stay & make my life hell! he already has do i have any rights? he put no $ into the house except for half of a few payments. i live next door to MY parents & all 3 of my kis were raised here. i REFUSE to leave my home. but so does he. i feel he used me. im also 7 mos. pregnant w/ his baby. is there ANYTHING i can do to get him out? Please help!!!! thanks

If two or more owners cannot agree on what to do with a piece of property they may petition the court and the court will order a sale or refinancing etc. so that the one or more may get out of the property obligation and/or the other(s) may keep it etc.--it is often done-- (This is true in some cases even for equitable owners that have paid various amounts etc., but for various reasons, may not be on title.)
