Help i have 30 days
I Own this trailer I am in living in now. We have lived here for 4 years, and have never been late on rent. Our Lot lord never had us resign a lease and has given us 30 days to move the trailer and all of us. We are both currently unemployed and have no way of moving in thirty days. We have tried to speak with them about this. The reasons for it was because he had to pick up the kids toys out of OUR yard when he mowed and that we parked in the yard twice. What should and can I do to buy more time.

He will have to take you to court if you do not agree to leave.
Have you spoken with him since he gave you the notice? If |
