Lightbulb My home and getting married

I have had my own home for the past eight years and am about to get married. How do I protect my home in case if my new husband was to get in an accident of any sort and the other party wanted to sue? I do not want to loose my home that I have worked so hard for.

You can keep the home solely in your name; that will help.
