Rental Responsibilities (Tenant-Tenant Complications)
I moved out of an Apartment on Mach 28th, because of tenant-tenant complications. On the 26th I was told to leave, and I was gone by the morning of the 28th. There wasn't a paper lease signed by any of the tenants, I lived there for just under two months, I moved in days after all other tenants. I know a tenant must give notice when a lease has been signed, but does this still apply when there was no physical lease? Does this apply when I was told to leave, opposed to leaving on my own accord?
