secret/anonymous bank account
PA. Friend of mine who is in the military (Iraq) and interested in buying realestate in the states wants to set up a 'secret' account in my name at any bank. is this legal?

Beneficial owners (the actual owners) have to be listed.
But it is not illegal set up a company to buy real estate. Not sure what he is really getting at with the word "secret"?? There are many ways to stay lower profile if that is the goal. |
