List Of State Mortgage Laws

I'm working on a paper regarding the mortgage crisis. I'm looking into whether or not there is a correlation between the states that had the least percentage of foreclosures and the strictness of their mortgage laws.
I am reading a lot of articles to that effect- i.e. VT was spared the wrath of the fallout because of their tight mortgage laws. My hunch has more to do with the closeness of communities. Take a transient place like Vegas- which has been hit as hard as any- yet NV had pretty tight mortgage laws. They required a background check for LO's- a physical location for brokers etc.

Anyways i was wondering if anyone had a link to a site that has each states mortgage laws laid out in like a spreadsheet.
