legal for my landlord to turn her 4 bdrm 2 bath house into a triplex
I want to know if it is legal for my landlord to turn her 4 bdrm 2 bath house into a triplex we all share 1 address and 1mailbox and 1 water meter and 1 gas and electricity meter. I don\'t think she registered it as a three family home and am i entitled to any of the money i\'ve been paying her.
