Subdivision restrictions
We live in a small subdivision with restrictions. An agency has moved a house in with no regard to following these restrictions. Are we as homeowners responsible for enforcing the law? If not-who is?

Yes your homeowners assoc. (and/or the developer if he is still involved) can sue to enforce the restrictions.
