refund of my payment
philippines. i want to withdraw my payment on the lot i purchased. i only paid partial of the downpayment. can i have a refund on the owner/developer of the land?

Check the terms of your contract closely. A deposit can be non-refundable but cannot be so large as to be a severe or unreasonable penalty for not proceeding.
