she cannot pay because she has become disabled
My friend is facing foreclosure because she has not been able to pay her house payment. The reason she cannot pay is because she has become disabled and is waiting for disablity insurance. She has gone to her doctor and he agrees that she cannot work.
Can they legally take her home away? |
