Default GLASS BROKE IN PIECES AND CRASHED ON MY HAND

I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CLEANING MY APARTMENT WINDOW GLASS. WHEN I TOUCHED IT ALTTLE THE GLASS BROKE IN PIECES AND CRASHED ON MY HAND RUSHING ME TO THE HOSPITAL. I WAS PUT INTO SURGERY RIGHT AWAY WITH 45 STITCHES ON MY HAND. I LOST FELLING IN MY HANDS AND LEFT ME PARTIAL PARALIZED. I SPOKE WITH MY APARTMENT INSURANCE AGENCY AND THEY SAID THEY ARE NOT LIABLE BECAUSE IT WASNT INTENTIAL. I TOUCHED THE GLASS ALITTLE AND IT FELL ON MY HAND AND THEY TOLD ME THERE NOT GOING TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. SHOULD I STILL BE COMPENSATING BECAUSE IM A CUSTOMER AND THEY ARE A BUSINESS.

They are liable if the condition was created by neglect etc.

Or even as a pure accident if the window was not secure.

Get a personal injury lawyer to advise and consult with you.
