Confused free home title?

Is there really a way to get your title free? I was told that many people are not aware that the contracts and closing paper work being sign at closing is illegal because the bank is not present and the public notary is not a witness. I have ben offered my home for free since the bank would not be able to provide me with their signature and a witness signature. I have been told that not too many people are aware of how this work. I am not too sure of the complete details, but all i know is that supposly i can get my title from the bank for free. According to a law that was created in 1933 i am trying to research the legallity and also above all if this is actually true.

Default Re: free home title?

First and foremost, you are a misinformed and intellectuality challenged individual.

Secondly, some states allow a State Certified Notary Public to “witness” the following type loans:

1 – Purchase
2 - Refinance

Other states mandate that a Professional “Signing Agent” be present during a purchase or refinance.

National Notary Association — Signing Agent Application

As for “Cash-Out or HELOC” type of loan, they must be closed in a bank, attorney office or a registered title company.

As for attempting to try and steal your property, do you remember the 145 pages you signed at closing to buy the home? Mainly the E & O documents you signed at closing and is otherwise known as Errors and Omissions. That means any little mistake made if not deemed valid is not withstanding of a favorable ruling.

With this economy and the American banks in peril, you are in this forum asking how to damage it further…?

You are a GREAT American!
