I live in West Virginia and that's where the property is.The deed states at either of my parents death, their part goes to their heirs, who are the heirs? Are the heirs the children, and if so does their names have to be spelled out to receive any property? There is no will just the deed that was made when my parents purchased the property years ago, my parents owned this property jointly, and my mother has already passed away, but my father is still living. And will the property have to go through probate at my fathers death, if the kids agree to everything.
Thank you |
