we just moved in to the house and are dealing with water leaks, the 1st time the builder sent people to work on the roof fixed the problem with original water leaks, but after that different places were leaking, he has sent his people again to work on the roof once more; but it hasn't rained enough yet to be able to tell it fixed the problems. But the windows upper sill in our laundry room i rotted. Can we get out of this house, and get our money back?...we're too worried about walls getting rotted and we're not enjoying the home.
