2nd mortgage and foreclosure
We recently lost our home to foreclosure, and we had a 2nd mtg on the property.The 2nd company is still harassing us @ home and @ work. We don't own the property anymore ... Can they still try and collect?

They cannot really get more from you frankly, you could simply ignore them. But it is not illegal for them to try to collect.
